Limited Warranty Coverage

Welder Specialist (“Seller”) stands behind the quality of its welding and cutting equipment, helmets, and replacement parts (“Goods”). We warrant that our Goods shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period, subject to the terms and limitations outlined in this policy. This warranty is void if the equipment has been subjected to improper installation, care, repair, modification, or abnormal operations.

Warranty Period

We offer different warranty periods for various categories of Goods, starting from the date of delivery:

  • 3 Years Warranty:
    • TIG Welders (TIG-250P-AC/DC, YWT-200DC)
    • MIG Welders (YWM-211P, YWM-200, YWM-160)
    • Stick Welder (YWA-160)
    • Welder and Cutter All in One (MP200, CT2050)
  • 1 Year Warranty:
    • TIG Welders (TIG-205DS, TIG-250P, TIG-225P, TIG-205P, TIG-200P-AC/DC)
    • MIG Welders (MIG-205DS, MIG-250PRO-AL, MIG-250PRO-SG, MIG-270K, FLUX-135-110)
    • Stick Welders (ARC-125DS, ARC-165DS, ARC-205DS, ARC-400Q)
    • Plasma Cutters (CUT-45DS, CUT-55DS, CUT-55DS Pro, CUT-65DS)
    • Tungsten Grinder TTG02
  • 180 Days Warranty:
    • Auto-Darkening Weld Helmets
    • Welding Torches
  • 90 Days Warranty:
    • Replacement Parts
    • Torch Accessories/Consumables/Welding Gauges
    • Tungsten

Conditions for Warranty Coverage

Buyer must notify Seller of any warranty claims within thirty (30) days from the date the defect is discovered, through our website at [Welder Specialist’s website URL].

The final determination of warranty coverage will be made by the Seller. Please note that we will not approve claims caused by parts susceptible to wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, or operation outside equipment specifications.

Warranty Repair

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Seller will repair or replace the Goods at Seller’s option, either at Seller’s warehouse or an authorized service facility. Alternatively, Seller may refund the purchase price based on depreciation. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to and from the warehouse or service facility.

Limitation and Disclaimer

Our Goods are intended for commercial and industrial users experienced in welding equipment operation and maintenance. Buyer’s remedies are limited exclusively to those provided in this policy. Seller does not warrant any portion of the Goods not manufactured by Seller. Seller will not accept responsibility for repairs made outside of authorized facilities. Seller’s liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of correcting the defect. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

This written warranty constitutes the sole express warranty provided by Seller for its products. Implied warranties, such as the warranty of merchantability, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty for the equipment involved.
