We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, errors or omissions may occur. Welder Specialist reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders due to inaccuracies or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars. We accept payment via the methods described at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States and select international locations. Shipping methods, costs, and delivery times vary based on the product and destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. Please inspect all shipments upon receipt and report any damage immediately.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no restocking fees apply. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories and manuals included.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Note: Custom orders, used/demo products, and certain PPE items (e.g., facemasks, helmets) are non-returnable for safety reasons.

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Welder Specialist and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
