Easy 30-Day Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or the product isn’t quite right, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all manuals, tags, and accessories.

  • You must initiate your return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returns are accepted for eligible products only. Products marked non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-built, made-to-order, or special-order items

  • Products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging

These items will be clearly labeled as non-returnable on their product pages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. A confirmation email will be sent once it’s processed.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.

  • Please use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fee will be charged for standard returns.

  • If you cancel an order after it’s been processed but before shipment, no restocking fee applies.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@welderspecialist.com or call +1 (970) 623-4539 with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA#).

  2. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all included materials.

  3. Ship it using a reliable carrier with tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Keep all original packaging.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll resolve the issue quickly, including replacement or full refund as necessary.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled without penalty if they haven’t been processed yet.

  • If canceled after processing but before shipment, no restocking fee applies.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned following the policy above.
