    Yes, Welder Specialist proudly accepts international orders. We are committed to serving customers worldwide with high-quality welding machines and equipment. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please contact us directly if you need a custom shipping quote or assistance with your international order.

    If you believe your machine is defective, please contact Welder Specialist within 10 days of receiving your order. You have two options:

    1. Visit an Authorized Service Center for the brand (e.g., Miller or other supported manufacturers) to receive warranty repair.
    2. Request an exchange by returning the defective machine to us. You must first obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The machine must be returned in its original packaging, and you will be responsible for shipping it back. A replacement unit will be shipped only after we receive and inspect the original machine.

    Defects reported after 10 days of delivery will need to be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty repair process. In that case, you will be responsible for transporting the unit to and from an authorized service facility.

    If there’s an issue with your order—whether it’s missing items, incorrect products, or any other concern—please notify Welder Specialist within 10 calendar days of delivery. The delivery date will be determined based on tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to address or resolve any order-related issues reported after the 10-day window, so please inspect your order promptly upon arrival. We're here to help ensure everything is right!

    At Welder Specialist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items are returnable within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in brand new, unused condition and include the original packaging, manuals, and accessories. To initiate a return, you must request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from our team. Items returned without an RGA or in unsellable condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

    Please do not write on or tape anything to the product or its factory packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a traceable shipping method. Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 2–3 weeks for your credit to be processed.

    Note: Due to safety and hygiene regulations, respirators, full cylinders, and opened boxes of filler metals cannot be returned. Additionally, all international sales are final and cannot be returned once shipped outside the United States.

    If your order arrives damaged, it’s important to act quickly. For freight shipments (LTL deliveries over 150 lbs), please inspect the exterior and interior of the shipment before signing. If you notice any damage to the machine or packaging, refuse the delivery and contact Welder Specialist immediately. Once a freight delivery has been signed for, it is considered accepted in its received condition, and we cannot offer replacements or refunds for damage reported afterward.

    For smaller packages delivered by UPS or FedEx (under 80 lbs), any concealed damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item as long as it remains unused and in its original packaging. Your satisfaction and equipment integrity are our top priorities.

    Signature is only required for deliveries that include full gas cylinders or shipments sent via LTL or freight carrier (over 150 lbs). These items must be signed for at the time of delivery and this requirement cannot be waived.

    For all other orders, packages may be left at your front door at the delivery driver's discretion. If you prefer to require a signature for your delivery, you can request this by replying to your email confirmation or by calling us before the order ships. Please note that any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages without a signature are subject to the full carrier claims process, which may take up to 10 business days to resolve.

    Most orders from Welder Specialist are delivered within 3–7 business days via standard ground shipping. Once your order is placed online, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

    For Air/Express shipments (Next Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day Air), orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Time will ship the same business day. Express orders placed after 1 PM ET will ship the next business day. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business or shipping days. Deliveries for both express and ground services occur Monday through Friday. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us directly to make special arrangements.

    Shipping guarantees are subject to the carrier’s policies. Delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times and are not covered by expedited service guarantees.
