All 50 U.S. states and territories
Selected international destinations (subject to eligibility and customs clearance)
Our distribution center is strategically located to ensure efficient shipping nationwide and overseas.
Order Processing Time
In-stock items (welding machines, accessories, gear): Ship within 3–7 business days
Custom or backordered equipment: Usually ships within 5–15 business days
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
You will receive an email confirmation with estimated delivery dates once your order is confirmed.

Shipped via freight carriers due to size and weight
Freight services include curbside delivery with optional liftgate service (additional fees may apply)

Expedited and overnight options available upon request
International Shipping
Available to select international customers based on product and destination
Shipping costs provided at checkout or via custom freight quote
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees
All international shipments must be prepaid and shipped via trackable, insured carriers
Welder Specialist does not cover import-related fees or charges
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link
Freight shipments may include a Bill of Lading (BOL) and estimated delivery window
You can track your order anytime through your customer account
Important Freight Delivery Notes
Deliveries are made to the nearest accessible curb or dock
An authorized person must be available to inspect and sign for the shipment
Inspect all packages upon delivery and report any visible damage before signing
Failure to report damage at delivery may void carrier liability
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to:
Refusal to pay duties, taxes, or fees
Incorrect shipping address
No one available for scheduled delivery
The buyer will be responsible for:
Return shipping fees
Original shipping charges (non-refundable)
Any applicable restocking fees
Refund & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note, some custom or special order products may not be eligible for return.
